Match Report
St John's School, Leatherhead Girls-U15D vs  Cranleigh School
On: Saturday, 04 Mar 2017
Venue: Away

The girls were up against a very tough opponent this game. Hattie Allen (GS) did well to score an excellent goal in the first quarter, but Cranleigh stormed ahead with an 8-1 lead by the end of the first quarter. For the majority of the match, Cranleigh were in possession of the ball with some outstanding passing, shooting and interceptions on their side. Sophia Proffer Garcia (GK) and Nina Globerson (GD) put in a really good effort and made some excellent interceptions. Despite Cranleigh's large lead throughout the game, St John's girls did not allow themselves to become despondent; they kept up a positive attitude and played as hard as they could throughout the match. Well done to Sophia Proffer Garcia for being nominated player of the match by Cranleigh.
