Match Report
St John's School, Leatherhead Girls-U15A vs  St George's College, Weybridge
On: Saturday, 07 Jan 2017
Venue: at Home

The U15A's played a tough but well fought match on Saturday against St George's Weybridge.
From the first whistle to the very last, every girl put up a fight with their opposition.
The first quarter started very well and the ball flowed nicely up the court with some excellent centre court work from Bea Hewetson. We managed to get some good goals in but St George's managed to turn over a few centre passes unfortunately putting us down by 2 goals after the first whistle.
Every girl was positive and determined going into the second quarter, we started to rush our play a bit and began to get tired, but our excellent defense from Georgia Jeffcott and Georgina Holden in the D held us together.
As the game progressed our tiredness progressed too, but once it was in our attacking D Bo Shields was extremely accurate with shootingand helped us to keep close to St. George's score.
As the final whistle blew , we unfortunately lost 26-33 but it was an excellent fight.
Man of the Match went to Bo Shields for her outstanding shooting and holding of space.
