Match Report
St John's School, Leatherhead Girls-U15A vs  Ardingly College
On: Saturday, 28 Jan 2017
Venue: at Home

Another nail-biting game for the U15As this weekend! Yet again we started slowly; both teams were neck and neck in the first quarter, ending on a score of 4-4. The second and third quarter were characterised by some fantastic defense and centre-court play - in particular shout-outs must go to Georgia Jeffcot and Georgina Holden who played fantastic in the D. The third quarter finished with St. John's winning by a narrow margin: 9 goals to their 8. But (as is now customary for our team!) the final quarter took off with some outstanding play from Bea Hewetson and Jemma Bessinger. Our shooters were back on form and we ended up winning 16-8. Our most valuable player, as voted for by the opposition this week, was Georgia. Well done girls!
